Strategic Partnerships and Collaborations

My collaboration with former St Mirren FC football legend and Chief Executive, Tony Fitzpatrick, has resulted in invaluable partnerships with clubs in New Zealand and Australia. These strategic alliances create a sustainable growth cycle, benefiting athletes, coaches, and clubs.

My role in strategic partnerships involves:

• Identifying suitable clubs to partner with, meaning clubs with good values, principles, and a history of producing young talented players.
• Identifying players who possess the right characteristics to succeed in the UK and Europe.
• Drafting and executing terms and conditions between both parties (Partnership Agreement).
• Drafting and executing Player Employment Contracts.
• Preparing FIFA documents such as Training Compensation, Solidarity Payments, Confirmation of Contract Expiration, and Sell-on Clauses/Percentages.
• Organising flights and accommodation.
• Helping players settle in and integrate into UK and European society.
