Building a Vision: Supporting Dwayne Peasah’s Journey
In 2018, Dwayne Peasah enlisted my expertise in Brand and Image Management. Over the past six years, I have served as a trusted advisor to Dwayne, supporting his professional image management as a Sports Science Practitioner and as the founder of Max Performance. My role has been pivotal in shaping his public presence and enhancing his professional achievements.
Sports Science Practitioner
One of my notable contributions was leveraging my connections with the organisers of the Football Black List Event to secure Dwayne’s nomination for the prestigious Ones to Watch Football Black List Award. This category celebrates talented individuals under the age of 30 from African or Caribbean backgrounds who are making a significant impact within the UK football industry.

Driving Success with Max Performance
As the founder of Max Performance, Dwayne has benefitted from my comprehensive support across its various initiatives:
- Max Performance TV: I implemented a robust structure, organising interviews with football professionals, recruiting and hiring presenters, and fostering partnerships with football clubs, universities, and sponsors.
- Max Performance Clothing: I managed media relations, developed proposals for content creation, oversaw the production of videos and images, and identified professional athletes as ideal brand ambassadors.
- Max Performance Football Academy: I played a key role in structuring the academy, handling athlete scouting and recruitment, organising training sessions, and arranging friendly matches to promote its growth and success.
