After establishing a successful track record in Europe, New Zealand, and Australia, P Lamona Consultancy expanded its operations into the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2023.

My collaboration with Vidiye Tshimanga, the owner of Les Aigles Du Congo, proved to be a resounding success, fostering a sustainable growth cycle that benefited athletes, coaches, and the club as a whole.

Our partnership achieved the following outcomes:

1. The promotion of Congolese youth football at the international level;

2. The advancement of Congolese youth football players and coaches to higher levels of competition;

3. The participation of a Congolese team in a prestigious European tournament.

As a result of our collaboration, two players, Benjamin Mamboya and Tegra Ekamba, were offered the opportunity to trial and train with AZ Alkmaar, one of the leading youth football academies in the world.
